Remodelling and extension of the ground floor and basement of an existing semi-detached dwelling.

The scheme consisted of an extension to the existing basement to provide the client with a large family room, utility and shower room as well as reorganizing work to the ground floor to create an open plan kitchen/ diner along with an exterior terrace off the main dining space.
