ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES

Feasibility Studies

We can discuss your needs and requirements and transfer them into simple sketch plans, elevations and 3D visuals for your consideration.

This information can then be used as a discussion tool with the local authority to establish whether the scheme would be acceptable.

Planning

Once you are happy with the scheme, the design can be finalised and detailed plans, elevations and 3D models will be prepared and submitted to the local authority planning department as a formal planning application.

Building Regulations

Once planning permission has been granted, the next stage is to develop the detailed construction and building regulation drawings.

Depending on the complexity of the build it may require liaising additional consultants as to ensure a complete set of comprehensive building regulation drawings are prepared and consented.

Tender Specification

We can prepare a detailed specification or NBS specification of your scheme with all room finishes, ironmongery, door, window schedules as well as electrical and heating layouts.

This detailed specification, along with accompanying drawings will ensure that you receive a more accurate construction cost from your selected builder or contractor.

3D Modeling

Through the use of specialist software we can develop the 2D plans and elevations into a 3D model.

This model can assist you in appreciating and fully understanding the external appearance and internal spaces of the building, creating an idea of what the scheme will be like once constructed.

Project Management

Arcline Architecture have the experience and expertise to manage the project from its initial concept through to its construction on site.

We work closely with the client and contractors to establish both timescales and costings and have experience administering all forms of building contracts.
