Remodelling and extension of the basement of an existing Victorian Townhouse.

The works involved reorganizing the internal spaces so that they comply with current Building Regulations, increasing the floor to ceiling height to a more usable 2.4m while also. providing a solution to the current damp and drainage problems within the dwelling.
