Demolition of an existing 1970’s bungalow and construction of 4 semi-detached, 4 bed houses.

Due to the location and nature of the site a traditional design approach was employed by using locally sourced red brick, casement windows as well as traditional brick window head and eaves detailing. To accommodate the severe banking towards the eastern side of the site, and to reduce the bulk of the scheme, the units were split into two link detached blocks while also employing shallow pitches so as to not have a detrimental impact upon adjacent properties.
